RenxNana: Heaven

She clicked the lighter that hung around her neck and lit the cigarette set in between her slender fingers. She took a long drag and looked up at the snowy night sky. She was alone on the dark street. The only light came from the full moon and the lonely, dimly lit street lamp next to the bench she was sitting on. She closed her eyes and felt the icy breeze and the gentle snow on her cheeks.
A voice spoke from her side. "Those'll kill you, ya know." She smiled, taking the cigarette out of her mouth and blowing smoke in his face. "I don't think I'll have to worry about that." The man took one of her fishnet covered hands in his own. His leather jacket touched her bare shoulder. She looked at him. He was offering her his jacket. "It's cold."
She was wearing the usual: fishnet stockings, a leather skirt, a red tank top, and black combat boots. She took the jacket and draped it on her shoulders. "Just like life," she said, finishing his previous statement. The man frowned. "You would've been fine without me."
"You don't know that."
"Neither do you." She frowned, taking another puff from her cigarette. "Guess we'll never find out." He scowled disapprovingly. She looked around at the emptiness around her. "Is this heaven? I thought it'd be brighter."
"This is your heaven," he answered. She smiled and kissed him softly. "It is now."
